REQUEST FUNDING
Since 1992, The Foundation for Rock Hill Schools has proudly awarded more than 1.3 million dollars in impact funding to District educators. We offer three distinct funding opportunities to support the educators of Rock Hill Schools.
Review the funding types below, select the one that best matches your request, and log in to the portal to get started.
Impact funding is currently closed for the 2025–26 school year
We are grateful for the creativity and care you bring to your work each day, and we look forward to supporting your ideas again in the next funding cycle. All programs will reopen in August 2026.
Educator Grants
![]()
Educator grants provide direct support for initiatives — from individual classroom projects to school-wide programs — that enhance educational outcomes and align with The Foundation’s strategic priorities. Awards are made twice each school year following a competitive review process. This is the right fit if your request supports a planned initiative that is not time-sensitive.
Next cycle opens August 2026.
Deadlines coming soon.
Critical Needs
![]()
Critical needs funding is for urgent, essential situations where a delay of more than two weeks would meaningfully impact students, staff, or school operations. Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis and decisions are typically made within one to two weeks. Typical awards do not exceed $2,500. This is the right fit if your request cannot wait for the next educator grant cycle.
Not sure if your request qualifies? Think about whether the need is immediate, whether students are directly affected, and whether waiting would cause significant harm. Examples of past approved requests include damaged sensory equipment, malfunctioning transportation GPS units, and missing testing headphones.

Partnership Funding
![]()
Partnership funding supports school and District-hosted events, programs, and initiatives that create meaningful collaboration between your school and The Foundation, with shared visibility and public recognition. This is the right fit if your school or District is hosting a program or event where The Foundation can play an active role alongside you.
