Riley is a native of Rock Hill. She graduated from The College of Charleston with a degree in Health Promotion. A few years after receiving her undergraduate degree, she attended nursing school at York Technical College. She is married to Jack Leitner, also a Rock Hill native. They have three children. Riley serves on several committees within the community and enjoys volunteering at her children’s school.
